1. The plank

How to do

1. Lay down on a ground with the help of elbow under your shoulders and feet maintain a distance between them 

2. Keep your body in posture keep your body for 3 to 4 minutes maximum and 1 to 2 minutes minimum 

2. Abdominal clunches 

It is one of the most common exercise for abs it give a stretching to your abdominal muscles 

How to do

1. It is a exercise mainly do in floor lie down in floor fold your legs little bit so that your knee can face upward with you face facing on sky 

2. Now pull up your upper body remember your hands should be straight forward try to touch your knee

It is a very good exercise for lower body and it is important for abs also 

How to do

1. lay down on your back with flat surface like a mat or anything extend your fully legs place your arms alongside your body 

2. Lifting your leg when you keeping your leg on ground slowly lift your leg upword lift your leg until your body form "L " shape 

3. Now slowely get you legs to the ground

Now continue this exercise for 10 to 15 minutes atleast 

4. Russian twist

 

It is a exercise that energize your core muscles

How to do

1. Sit on the floor with knee band straight your back but slightly move back remember your toes should be 45 degree angle up to the floor 

2. Extend your arms in front of you clasping your hand togather 

3. Twist your body left and right dp it for 5 minutes atleast

5. Mountain climber

It is a exercise that energize your lower body starting in push up position 

How to do 

1. Being in a push up position with your hand directly under your shoulders remember your body should be straight from your head to toes 

2. Quickly lift you leg towards your chest both left and right legs 

3. Repetition- it is very important to keep repeating do this exercise for atleast 5 to 10 minutes
