4 things you should do when you wake up

 We all know exercise play important role and we all should follow it. Especially after getting up we all forget to do some important things so that we do not get the energy that we should get. So in this blog we are going to discuss something that will make you feel the power every day.

There are 10 tips you should do after waking up 

1. Drink water 

We should wake up in the morning and drink water. Especially when the when we have not washed our mouth so that it cleans our stomach and kill all the bad bacteria. One should drink at least 1 liter of water every morning after waking up. We can drink it even after heating it.

2. meditation 

Long breath and yoga we should do daily . This will open our lungs and we will be able to experience new energy, so that our body, mind and wealth will get peace . We should do short yoga for 10 to 15 minutes daily so that our body can run easily 


3. Breakfast 

Balance breakfast plays a big role. For all day long energy. Because if you do not have the right breakfast, then you may feel lazy throughout the day or even if you feel good
