 1.Balasan - it is a very good exercise for relaxing our body it is also known as child's pose . we do work all day and night so we get tired this exercise relaxes your core and feel good It streache your whole body 

2.Adho Mukha Svanasana- it is commonly known as downward facing dog it is a exercise you have to pose like invert V it is a exercise in which only hands and feet are touching in Ground

#To do this exercise you have to lift your middle part of body and your hands are under your shoulders and your feet is in under the hips .

Benefit of doing downward facing dog

3. Vrikshasana- it is a tree like pose it is also a very important exercises because it improve the balance

1. Stand tall touching the ground

2.shift you weight into one foot 🦶 by lifting your one side of foot off the ground 

3. Place your foot into thai the foot who is touching the ground

4. Feel like a tree and find your own balance

4.Virabhadrasana II-- it is also known as worrior 2 because in this pose you stand like a worrior in this exercise you have wider your legs and open your arms it also gives you mental and physical benefit it streaches your whole body 

How to do this 

1. To perform this you have to wider your legs about 3-4 feet 

2. Bend your right knee keeping it directly over your ankle 

3.streach your arms 

4. Keep your hips and shoulders open to the slide

5. Padmasan- it is one of the most famous yoga poses and it has several benefits it is also known as lotus pose 

How to do 

1. Start by sitting in the floor

2. bend your legs
